Included in our Weekend Wedding Packages, we provide Day-of wedding planning services. Our experienced wedding planner will work closely with you throughout the planning process to ensure your wedding day is flawless and will bring your dream wedding to life.
Includes:
- Customized day of itinerary
- Create diagrams for ceremony and wedding related events
- Manage all hired vendors at the ceremony & reception
- Assisting with bridal party
- Establish timing for entrance, dance, cake cutting and bouquet toss
- Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
- Coordinate and manage ceremony and reception (10 Hours)
- Set up all personal items at reception (guest book, cake service, etc.)
- Collect all your personal items from reception
As part of the event management services, our staff will oversee all your wedding weekend details, so while you’re here, you can relax and spend time making memories with your friends & family.
