Join us for the WNC Spring Wedding Showcase on April 18, 2026 at Deerwoode Reserve and experience the venue dressed for a wedding day from ceremony to celebration. This special event gives engaged couples, families, and planners the chance to explore Deerwoode’s stunning wedding spaces while connecting with a curated group of talented wedding professionals from across Western North Carolina.

Tour the Event Center with the pavilion styled for cocktail hour and table setups inside, then visit Deerwoode’s signature ceremony locations, including the Chapel in the Trees, Lakeside Arbor, and Garden-side ceremony setting, each beautifully staged with floral and décor inspiration. Enjoy vendor booths, sample cocktails from the Deerwoode Bar, snap photos with the Woody Wagon, and stop by the Deerwoode booth to learn about available 2026 and 2027 dates, along with booking incentives. From florals and photography to catering, music, rentals, and more, the showcase is designed to help couples envision their day and meet the experts who can help bring it to life.
